Black and White nail art

One more final and Im done!! >.< I can't wait for final to finish and have some fun outdoor. The weather was so nice for the past few days which is weird because vancouver is suppose to be a rain-saturated city. Well, that alone won't stop me from doing more nail art eventhough the rain makes me feel all moody sometimes. >.< And this, is a mani with a lot of squares and alot of dots, just like a checker board.

Question: What is the most wanted nail polish in the world??

I've been thinking about this question for awhile now and even tried to look up the internet for this question, but none of them give me a direct answer. There must be a nail polish color where everyone would say "Yes!! thats the one I wanted so so so badly!!!" What do you think?

Konad VS Freehand #3: Black and White

And yes, its time for another Konad VS freehand challenge again =D. For this week challenge, I found this awesome design from Tassas's blog that sorta look like a contemporary art piece. (I guess?)

And this is my version:

This took me around 45 mins to complete, and i would rate the difficulty 3 out of 5. But this is definitely a fun design to draw. =D

Holographic overloaded

I got my first crack nail polish not too long ago and yet im still not bored of it yet. So i used one of my fav holographic China Glaze IDK as the base coat and OPI Coronation to draw the stars after a layer of black shatter. And woolaa, a more lively looking crack nail art. >.<

I still can't get enough of crack nail polish yet even though i finished using half a bottle already.

I consider myself very lucky when it comes to the last bottle of nail polish. This was the last bottle of Black Shatter at Metrotown, the entire mall!! >.< Lucky!! the lady kept pushing me to buy this or else someone else will grab this once I walk out the store.

Challenge.

Thank you for all the lovely comments!!! I guess i would try doing nail art on my own nails from now on then. I would still do it on fake nails for more challenging design but would cut it shorter instead of long nails.

While doing these nails, I came up with an idea, a silly one. Since i still don't own a konad stamp, why don't I do a Konad VS free-hand nail art design challenge. Every week, i would replicate a konad design by doing it free-hand. The results would decide by all you lovely bloggers. What do you think of this idea?

Eventhough these took me awhile (like 2 hours) to finish, but I am really satisfied with the end result.

I don't know how many of you watch Death Note the drama/anime/movie/manga, but i personally think that movie is awesome!!!

Ryu's wing is made using acrylic, and i cheated on the 4th nail where i used a fimo apple slice instead of hand painting  >.<

Merry Christmas!!!

Merry Christmas!!!! I hope everyone is having a wonderful christmas this year! For me, all i did was stay home and did some nail arts.

I dont own a konad stamp set because i think its abit too expensive and i cant afford it(I'm a poor student =( ) and i saw a very pretty konad stamp butterfly nail design the other day. So i decided to hand paint some butterflies. Picture below is the evolution of handpainted butterfly.

Hand painted lace with pink background (OPI Princesses Rule and OPI Bring on the bling). The photo doen't do them justice but i swear they look really pretty in real life.

I'm looking forward tomorrow since its BOXING DAY SALES!!!

Nails of the day

I went to Walmart the other day for christmas shopping and saw a pink flower sticker with lots of glitters on. They were selling it for 7 dollars and i think its kinda overprice so i decided to do it myself. It took awhile to make this but the end results makes the effort worth it. At least for me. =D
