Canucks nail art

Very dissapointed, not because Vancouver lost the game, but because of the riot that happened in downtown after the final game. Vehicles was set on fire, fighthing, stabbing, window smashing and looting while the police tried to control the crowd by shooting tear gas everywhere. Very embarrasing and shame on you, rioters!

Speechless and heart broken. Sigh. But still we all know Canucks team did their best. =)

  1. Awww...I was rooting for Vancouver since a couple of my friends at school are Canadian and they are the only girls I know who watch hockey.

  7. Oooh, I'm sorry to hear that happened. Those people aren't the true fans. They just want to find excuses to drink more and to be violent:< True fans should show even more support especially when they lost. Your nails look great:D I'm sure this design will help Canucks next year;D

  10. Wow, this is an awesome mani! I debated doing some nail art for the finals but I would have never done as good a job as this!

I'm a huge Canucks fan as Victoria is my hometown. I was sad to see them lose but it was an amazing run and a stellar year, and really Boston earned it. I was saddened as well by the riots but what makes me a proud British Columbian is seeing how many people are standing out against that behaviour. As well, seeing people banding together to help clean up the streets of downtown Vancouver was heartwarming. It is sad that a few people had to behave like idiots, giving the rest of Vancouver and Canucks fans a bad name.
